Source: make-guile Severity: normal Priority standard does not need to include make. Standard does not include compilers or other build tools, without which make has somewhat limited utility. build-essential (in optional) already depends on make, and any package that depends on make or make-guile needs to add a Depends on it explicitly. So, I don't think it makes sense to include make (without any other build tools) as part of standard.
Please change make-guile to priority optional.
