The upstream the package lists seem to be dead, even the server is gone: http://rb-gsl.rubyforge.org/ The new upstream seems to be this one: https://github.com/blackwinter/rb-gsl RubyGems seems to be track this upstream, too: https://rubygems.org/gems/rb-gsl Please consider switching to new upstream and packaging the new version.
