Unfortunately, it seems the new version does not build on Hurd

of some code issue (which I reported upstream [1]). I'm not sure why

This bug has been fixed in the upstream r10042 [1], so can you please
backport it?
Other than preventing inkscape to build on Hurd, the affected code is
simply broken at runtime.
