The only part from upstream gcc tarball is the gcc/doc/ directory, for several license texts. The canonical/standard version of upstream tarball is at: http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gcc/gcc-4.9.1/gcc-4.9.1.tar.gz > 2. If you are a DM, why you don't upload the package?
