Just installed systemtap(-client) 2.5 and ran the iotop.stp on Fedora 20 without problems. The systemtap release page (https://sourceware.org/systemtap/wiki/SystemTapReleases) lists 2 versions out (2.4, 2.5) since the current sid version of systemtap (2.3-2.3).
