When I click on Details for a torrent that has files with non-ASCII
characters I have this backtrace on a window:

BitTorrent T-0.3.13 (BitTornado)
OS: linux2
Python version: 2.3.5 (#2, Nov 20 2005, 16:40:39)
[GCC 4.0.3 20051111 (prerelease) (Debian 4.0.2-4)]
wxWindows version: 2.6.1.2pre
Allocation method: sparse

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/btdownloadgui", line 930, in details
    fileList.SetStringItem(x, 0, path)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/wx-2.6-gtk2-unicode/wx/_controls.py",
line 4584, in SetStringItem
    return _controls_.ListCtrl_SetStringItem(*args, **kwargs)
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode bytes in position 21-25:
unsupported Unicode code range

The torrent has his file names encoded with iso-8859-1 mostly sure, and I use
utf-8 locale. I don't know if is there's some kind of information on the
encoding of a .torrent, maybe this is just a design flaw in bittorrent...
