Jessie will be shipping with postgresql-9.4; postgresql-9.3 will eventually be removed. gpsdrive suggests postgresql-8.4-postgis, please upgrade this dependency. (postgis will likely be updated later this week.) The smart fix would be to just suggest "postgis" so this package doesn't need to track the current PostgreSQL version.
