Ok. I didn't look into them, just interpolated the subject of their
contents by their file name.

It's just irritating to see such file names on a Debian system. Not
sure if there could be better file names instead. At least I don't
have any better ideas.
Anyway, I'm fine with keeping them if you think they still contain
useful information. I expected that it just has been forgotten to
remove them. If it's on purpose and knowingly, that's fine for me.
