Hi, Ctrl+Click used to work for me (and I'm using guake for years) and recently it stopped.
I'm on testing (Jessie) with guake_0.4.4-1. Ctrl+Click is working in Terminator, once I have slightly more time I'll try to go to the bottom of this. But if you need more information in the mean time please let me know.
