Bug#756922: e2fsprogs: resize2fs fails to shrink the filesystem; e2fsck reports no problems

Could you try running the command:

resize2fs -d 255 /dev/home_move/home_move_tmp 4269801500 | bzip2 > 
/tmp/resize-debug.bz2

and then send me output of the debug file?
