Camm, I'm not sure what to make of this bug report.
The .js files exist as part of my learning curve of javascript. I'm trying to find ways to present a huge algebra graph in some human readable form. In this case I'm trying to understand how to use force graphs. Portions of it are my code. All of it will go away once I understand the details.
