Hi Eric, would it be possible for you to try with a standard Debian kernel? That might help us narrow down the problem.
Probably except it reinstall a lot of stuffs I do not want on my system (initramfstools, klibc, kernel headers, ...). I would prefer to fix my .config though I already checked it via http://cgit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd/tree/README#n39 for mandatory/optional options.
The status of dbus might be helpful as well, i.e. systemctl status dbus.service dbus.socket
Will do.
Do other D-Bus using services still work properly?
Kde seems to work fine and uses dbus heavilly.
Your log contained messages like: juin 09 09:51:19 tri-yann4 systemd[5338]: Failed to open private bus connection: Failed to connect to socket /run/user/1000/dbus/user_bus_socket: No such file or directory
when not on systemd I have no /run/user at all when booted so its a sydtemd stuff.
Which look suspicious. Is your /run directory properly setup?
I have nothing that mount the tmpfs in the /run directory Mount contains: tmpfs on /run type tmpfs (rw,nosuid,noexec,relatime,size=1635332k,mode=755) So /run is empty at creation after the mount. -- eric -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
