It's gdbm, I'm afraid. I have run into the same situation in the past. There's nothing I can do about it short of re-engineering Noffle to use a different back end that's less limited(*). I'm afraid the only thing I can suggest is to shorten some expiration times :-( (*) I've been looking with interest at sqlite recently.
