Dear Anders, the package geophar is awaiting a review by debian's ftp-masters, to enter the distribution.
As its author will no longer maintain wxgeometrie, I suggest you to switch to geophar if you can install it manually; the new package should enter Debian in a few weeks, and then I shall probably ask for the removal of the former one.
