When this problem first began my contact list would be accessible for the first 15-30 seconds after a reboot. After upgrading to ownCloud 7 there is no access to the contact list after a reboot. Some people have various lengths of access time, from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Figuring out why the disparity might help narrow down the cause of the problem.
