Here's a summary of the situation with the remaining blockers. bobot++: there's an NMU in experimental (#366959) that may fix this, but also moves to a much newer upstream release. Note that the last non-NMU appears to have been in 2008.
guile-pg: there's an NMU in experimental (#707900) that may fix this. Same situation as bobot++, except that the last non-NMU appears to have been 2006. drgeo: a recent upload has removed the overt 1.6 dependencies, but it looks like there's still at least one indirect one. I've mailed the NMU author, and imagine that either he, I, or anyone else, can fix it fairly easily soon (#707903). guile-db: looks like it may just need to be removed from Debian (#707901).
