The BTS shows fixed versions for testing and sid. You run into this old issue with the current version in wheezy, which isn't tracked in the named bugnumber. Do upload restrictions to stable-security this issue will be fixed with the upcomming version 24.6.0 of Icedove. You can work around this issue if you use 'iceowl-extension', which is the Debian renamed Lightning package. Unfortunately there are no l10n packages for iceowl-extension in stable-security. But you can use the packages for iceowl-l10n from unstable/testing. https://packages.debian.org/source/unstable/iceowl-l10n We preparing the l10n files for wheezy-backports.
