Those were done now, but there's another one that needs to be done first: upower 0.99 (bugs are being filed, I suppose a transition bug will come soon). After upower is done, I think the whole gnome-desktop/mutter/gjs/gnome-shell transition could be done (with a few patches to keep using bluez 4 for now). I need to check if there are any other problems and I'll also prepare it (including those patches) to (try to) make the whole thing as smooth as possible.
