I think the kernel analysis requires some more testing tricky stuff...
I'm already having some ideas... please stay tuned.

the kernel handling stuff has been improved: Kernel.pm is now able to extract the kernel version from the x86 boot header (according to Documentation/x86/boot.txt). For uncompressed kernel images and non-x86 architectures it still falls back using `string` which was fixed, too.
