Package: xfce4-taskmanager Version: 1.0.0-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainers
I can't use xfce4-taskmanager on my armhf computer (Cubietruck). When I start xfce4-taskmanager it shows a blank process list for about 3 seconds. After that the process list is shown with some unusual characters after the process names. These characters look like a box with two diagonal lines in it. Immediately after the process list is shown xfce4-taskmanager freezes and produces nearly 100% load on one of the CPU cores. I checked that with the top command in the shell. xfce4-taskmanger can only be shut down by the kill command (or xkill). When xfce4-taskmanager is started from the shell I can see about 30 lines of messages, all with the same text: (xfce4-taskmanager:5419): Pango-WARNING **: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to pango_layout_set_text() Regards Moritz Strohm -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.5 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: armhf (armv7l) Kernel: Linux 3.4.61+ (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=nn_NO.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=nn_NO.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages xfce4-taskmanager depends on: ii libatk1.0-0 2.4.0-2 ii libc6 2.13-38+deb7u1 ii libcairo2 1.12.2-3 ii libfontconfig1 2.9.0-7.1 ii libfreetype6 2.4.9-1.1 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.26.1-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.33.12+really2.32.4-5 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.10-2 ii libpango1.0-0 1.30.0-1 ii libwnck22 2.30.7-1 xfce4-taskmanager recommends no packages. xfce4-taskmanager suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
