Don't Do It. It will break the system in surprising ways. It may look like it is working, but we don't properly support it, as it is almost never tested. Neither by us, nor by anybody else (so third-party software is very likely to also choke on noexec /tmp and/or noexec $TMPDIR). -- "One disk to rule them all, One disk to find them.
