This suggestion seems to be very subjective and/or region specific. E.g. I've personally only ever heard it as "X to Y", and never "X til Y". If it were "til" I would be at least as justified in filing a similar bug to change it to "to" - if not more justified, as I suspect "to" is actually more common usage.
