Also, the previously suggested workaround of changing geo.wifi.url to https://location.services.mozilla.com/v1/geolocate/ is incomplete. You need to append to that ?key=<KEY> replacing <KEY> with some personalized random gobbledygook. The API docs referenced suggest a uuid, which I used, and that works. The location quality is VASTLY inferior to what google has collected, however.
