Package: pybliographer

This is very odd. I had been using pybliographic for some time, and
not made any changes to the software, now pybliographic won't start,
instead I get the following traceback...

If I specify a bib file on the command line (the above invocation
was just "pybliographic" there is a similar traceback.)
I did a reinstall of the pybliographer package, that made no difference.
