Source: scala Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
I have been working on packaging Scala 2.10.4 for debiani and would like to integrate it in Debian. A clone of the git repository with the new version is available here: https://github.com/satabin/scala-debian In this clone, the new upstream version was imported, and patches were updated to apply to version 2.10.4. I also updated the watch file since releases are now available on github for scala. There is probably still things to improve (e.g. in the changelog) as I am learning how to build Debian packages, but I am willing to contribute to packaging scala applications for Debian. So any comment to improve what I have done is welcome.
