Hello, I've taken a look at this problem and, unfortunately, it looks like the functionality wasn't implemented correctly. I tried your playbook in the latest devel branch of ansible, and it fails the same way there. I've sent a bug report to upstream for them to take a look at, and will puzzle over it myself to see if I can find the solution myself.
