* What led up to the situation?
Opening a document in libreoffice-writer, switching to another application,
then returning to libreoffice-writer, ibus-mozc no longer works with
libreoffice-writer until the libreoffice-writer document is closed then
opened again.
I also opened the bug against libreoffice-writer (#743321).
