Please add a debian/watch file to monitor new upstream releases of file. Upstream tarballs are located on ftp://ftp.astron.com/pub/file/ so probably something like: version=3 ftp://ftp.astron.com/pub/file/file-(.*)\.tar\.gz could already suffice.
