That name is far too generic. Namespace pollution! Maybe we should install symlinks to all things in /var/lib/mailman/bin/ in /usr/bin/, but with a mailman- prefix or some such.
Also I'd put the 3rd paragraph of the manpage 1st (and rewrite it a little bit to accomodate).
