There are a few points to be discussedbefore adding your mirror to the list.

You should remove old releases (<7.4.0)

You should probably consider syncing from ftp.nc.debian.org hosted at
nautile.nc
(To anticipate the remark, if nautile.nc has issues, ftp.nc gets redirected 
somewhere else)
