Hi, First of all, thanks for packaging handbrake. I have been using it a lot for watching the downloaded videos on my TV using the itunes running on my wife's laptop (I am not aware of a working solution that uses GNU/Linux to talk the itunes file sharing protocol, so that I can get rid of a non-GNU/Linux box from this setup. But that is an aside...) I noticed just now that I cannot change the output format of the files encoded with "presets" for AppleTV2. The container is set to MKV and it is not showing any other options. Selecting AppleTV2 should have changed the file container format (and the output file extension) to m4v or mp4, I guess. I will try debugging it myself this week and provide more inputs.
