I'm very sorry for the delay. I was just too busy with other things regarding Debian. It's on my TODO list now and I will try to test it this week. FWIW, according to systemd upstream, socket activation works fine for rpcbind in Fedora, but I haven't tested that myself. I think a first thing to test might be the latest version which is now in unstable together with systemd. Adrian -- .''`.
