It is somewhat rude, but I kind of deserved it. :-) Yes, I maintain some libs and I think 2.0.2 was a wrong value originally and I should not have kept it. I have retrurned to #MINVER# and also fixed the broken dependency. I misinterpreted the relevant policy part and I thought setting an exact value instead of the template was a valid option.
