Bug#664595: RFH: php5 -- server-side, HTML-embedded scripting language

I am willing to help in this package, both to learn from my betters, and 
also do what I can to improve a package I use.

This is my first time doing this, and I still don't have most of the 
requirements down, so pardon me for my errors, and point them out, so I 
can correct them.
