Package: bash
Version: 4.2+dfsg-1+b1
Severity: normal

I briefly tested 4.3~rc2-1 but it took nearly a minute to get a
terminal prompt when logging in via ssh (console wasn't slow).
Problem went away when I reverted to 4.2+dfsg-1+b1 from sid.
