ccbuild still FTBFS on sparc [1] (and ia64, but who cares) because the default g++ version there is still at 4.6 which does not support -std=c++11. You may need to add an explicit B-D: g++-4.8 [sparc ia64] and override the CXX variable in d/rules on these architectures.
