I've been using the old version since ages where lua support was compiled
in. Only recently did I upgrade to a version that didn't have Lua support.
I guess a lot of elinks users might be in the same category. It would
really inconvenience me not to have Lua support. I actually see no reason
whatsoever to simply drop support for Lua from elinks. It the scripting
language that elinks supports best.
