Dear Maintainer,
Please do not make ruby-opennebula on rubygems. The rubygems package is
useful only for ruby1.8 (newer versions of the Ruby interpreter ship
their own rubygems directly).
Ruby1.8 is to be removed from the archive soon, and rubygems even
sooner.
The patch below does the trick.
