Package: mount Version: 2.20.1-5.5 Severity: minor Dear Maintainer,
the manpage mount(8) refers to mount.cifs(8) which is located in the package smbfs according to the manual page, however smbfs is no longer present in Debian unstable and both mount.cifs and mount.cifs(8) can now be found in the package cifs-utils instead. The source package util-linux can be corrected by the following patch: --- mount/mount.8.orig 2014-01-14 11:16:02.000000000 +0100 +++ mount/mount.8 2014-01-14 11:18:41.938413304 +0100 @@ -1128,7 +1128,7 @@ .SH "Mount options for cifs" See the options section of the .BR mount.cifs (8) -man page (smbfs package must be installed). +man page (cifs-utils package must be installed). .SH "Mount options for coherent" None. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.12-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=eo.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=eo.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages mount depends on: ii libblkid1 2.20.1-5.5 ii libc6 2.17-97 ii libmount1 2.20.1-5.5 ii libselinux1 2.2.2-1 ii libsepol1 2.2-1 mount recommends no packages.
