Yes, I get the same MD5 checksum.
Please try to upgrade ruby-xmlparser and then re-enable apt-listbugs
(but I doubt that it will fix your issue).
Actually, the funny part is it did! It upgraded from 0.7.2-2 to 0.7.2-3 and
now it works without errors.
