Hi,

please upgrade gcc/g++ on powerpcspe from 4.7 to 4.8.

Some packages already require gcc 4.8 for building, and gcc 4.8 does quite well
on powerpcspe. Further, some linking is already done with gcc 4.8 related
libraries already, anyway.

Thanks in advance and sorry for the noise if you already planned for this.
