Package: xscreensaver
Version: 5.23-1
Severity: important

I have xscreensaver set up to run glslideshow on my laptop, locking
itself when the laptop screen is closed, on timeout, or on suspend.

Every now and then, I come back to the laptop to find it unlocked.

So far I have been unable to trace this down. Running xscreensaver
in strace causes my password not be accepted during unlock.

Also, this happens at random times, which makes it hard to
investigate.

I could certainly try to change the actual screensaver from
glslideshow, but not being able to reproduce the problem at will
doesn't really help.

Maybe you have some ideas?
