I created a udf image to write to the disk
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I used growisofs to write the image to the blu ray disk
* What was the outcome of this action?
Failure with the error:
:-[ CLOSE SESSION failed with SK=5h/INVALID FIELD IN CDB]: Input/output error
* What outcome did you expect instead?
A working disk, the disk had checksum errors on some of the files
