If I read /usr/share/doc/lsb-base/README.Debian.gz I get the impression that log_success_msg is not the appropriate function (it also is no "success". I rather use log_action_msg for the first item (although it is no action, but at least the "info" tag is correct). I believe the second item should only occur with manual usage and then the echo is still ok, so I rather leave that as is. Paul
