Package: kde-workspace-bin Version: 4:4.11.3-2 Severity: important On Debian "testing" I can't unlock my KDE session any more.
When I lock session manually (or if "kdm" configured for auto-login) "kscreenlocker_greet" do not allow me to enter password -- it simply do not respond to keyboard at all. Strangely enough password prompt is unable to receive focus when I click on it. Button "unlock" is perfectly clickable but of course it just says "unlock failed" (due to empty password). When I SSH to locked machine I kill "kscreenlocker_greet" which is immediately started again but this time it respond to keyboard so I can unlock my session as expected. This regression appeared just recently as I've never have anything like this on Wheezy. For what's it worth I spotted the problem on my notebook (Intel drivers) and on workstation with "fglrx" driver. --- System information. --- Architecture: amd64 Kernel: Linux 3.11-2-amd64 -- Best wishes, Dmitry Smirnov GPG key : 4096R/53968D1B --- It is impossible to imagine Goethe or Beethoven being good at billiards or golf. -- H.
