only spdy/3 and spdy/3.1 is supported these days, so nginx's spdy support
is basically useless at this point


Firefox will drop spdy/2 in Firefox 28 that will be released at the end
of Feb 2014.

Chrome will drop spdy/2 in Chrome 33 (Chrome 31 is the current stable
version)

There is an interesting discussion about killing spdy/2 in the spdy-dev
