Another way to fix the problem is to backport gnupg2 and libgpg-error from
unstable.
As far as I can tell this works without problems (conflicts).
This fixes decryption issues
(commit 798daaa1ddf73f64cf840fbdc1f4c5b9c4b4ec13)
and other problems with OpenPGP cards too.
Don't forget to do a
gpg2 --card-edit
fetch
and
gpg2 --card-status
for updating key-infos.
