Please remove the following binary packages from unstable on all arches: libpetsc3.2 libpetsc3.2-dbg libpetsc3.2-dev. Note that the remaining reverse (build-)dependencies are not in testing. Moreover, most of them are either very RC-buggy (aster) or only on non-release archs (dolfin, slepc, feel++/ia64). The only exception is feel++/sparc. Decrufting the petsc package will allow the transition to complete, therefore allowing a bunch of packages to (re-)enter testing. Thanks, -- .''`.
