Hi, The code in question is a hack needed to catch exceptions raised by python-gnomekeyring. However, modern python-keyring versions:
- Use GObject Introspection instead of python-gnomekeyring (since version 1.4, changeset e8e07ec); - Handle such errors itself (since version 1.3, changeset 1e36608). So I would recommend to just drop that hack as obsolete, or apply it only for old python-keyring versions. -- Dmitry Shachnev
