The tex4ht package puts specialized binaries, e.g., oolatex, in /usr/share/tex4ht and does not link all of them into normal paths. For example, htlatex is linked to /usr/bin/htlatex, but oolatex is not. Users must therefore type the full path (/usr/share/tex4ht/oolatex) to run it.
